Recent Work

The three seasons previous to the pandemic saw Ryan playing keyboard one with the first Broadway national tour of Anastasia and conducting the 2nd national of R+H's Cinderella. Ryan has also recently music directed Forever Plaid at the Mayfield Dinner Theatre, With Bells On! at Theatre Network both in Edmonton, and taught song interpretation and musicianship at the University of Cincinnati, CCM musical theatre program. Ryan was also a visiting assistant professor of Musical Theatre at Ithaca College from 2024-2025.

Ryan is currently on Faculty at Sheridan University teaching in the Honours Bachelor of Music Theatre program. Ryan is spending this summer in Edmonton, Alberta teaching at NUOVA Vocal Arts Intensive and musical directing Once Upon a Mattress.
